Beginner's GUIDE to the GOSPEL of JESUS CHRIST

2 Timothy 3:16-17

King James Version

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God,

and is profitable for doctrine,

for reproof,

for correction,

for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect,

thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Sixty-six books, over 40 authors, written thousands of years ago.

That's how the BIBLE is often described in teachings.

So, how does one start?

If you're reading this, then perhaps, you're curious, wanting to know if there's a SIMPLER way, and EASIER way to know the Bible.

There is.

Consider this a starter course, and let the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD guide you along the way.

The SIMPLE GOSPEL:

1 Corinthians 15:3-4

King James Version

3 For I delivered unto you first of all

that which I also received,

how that Christ died for our sins

according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried,

and that he rose again the third day

according to the scriptures:

John 11:25

King James Version

25 Jesus said unto her,

I am the resurrection,

and the life:

he that believeth in me,

though he were dead,

yet shall he live:

Other important verses:

2 Timothy 3:16

King James Version

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God,

and is profitable for doctrine,

for reproof,

for correction,

for instruction in righteousness:

John 15:5

King James Version

5 I am the vine,

ye are the branches:

He that abideth in me,

and I in him,

the same bringeth forth much fruit:

for without me ye can do nothing.

2 Corinthians 11:3

King James Version

3 But I fear,

lest by any means,

as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty,

so your minds should be corrupted

from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Proverbs 3:7

King James Version

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes:

fear the Lord,

and depart from evil.

John 3:3

King James Version

3 Jesus answered and said unto him,

Verily, verily, I say unto thee,

Except a man be born again,

he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:5-7

King James Version

5 Jesus answered,

Verily, verily, I say unto thee,

Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit,

he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh;

and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee,

Ye must be born again.

John 4:24

King James Version

24 God is a Spirit:

and they that worship him

must worship him in spirit and in truth.

John 3:16

King James Version

16 For God so loved the world

that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,

but have everlasting life.

Matthew 22:35-40

King James Version

35 Then one of them,

which was a lawyer,

asked him a question,

tempting him,

and saying,

36 Master,

which is the great commandment in the law?

37 Jesus said unto him,

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,

and with all thy soul,

and with all thy mind.

38 This is the first and great commandment.

39 And the second is like unto it,

Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

40 On these two commandments

hang all the law and the prophets.

Matthew 4:17

King James Version

17 From that time Jesus began to preach,

and to say,

Repent:

for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

It makes sense to keep things simple at the start, and get a feel for the WORD of GOD first.

Let your heart be sincere, and let GOD do the rest.

Watch how the HOLY SPIRIT will start teaching you about JESUS.

You will marvel, as I constantly marvel.

Awe is a mild word.
